How long does it take to restore service?

Although we try to restore the service as soon as possible, it may take some time to restore the service depending on the situation of the failure. Please note that since this service delivers historical data, most failures will be restored on the next business day or later.

Will I get a refund if my service is suspended?

In principle, no refunds will be made. Please note that this service is made possible by the low price of data delivery with no guarantee of high service uptime.

However, if service is suspended for more than a majority of the month, or if the period of service availability is significantly shorter, refunds may be issued up to the monthly fee for each plan. No refunds will be issued for free plans.
