What plans are available?

There are two types of pricing plan for each dataset: (1) internal use (single entity use) and (2) internal use (affiliate companies use). Please refer to the terms of service for more details.

Can I purchase additional datasets?

You can add datasets at any time. Please contact us at least 10 business days prior to the desired start date of use through this inquiry form..

Please note that fees for the first month will be prorated.

Can I cancel part or all of the datasets?

You can cancel datasets at any time after the minimum usage period (basically 1 year) has passed. Please contact us at least 10 business days prior to the desired date of cancellation through this inquiry form.

Is it possible to change my plan?

You can change from internal use (single entity use) to internal use (affiliate companies use), or vice versa. Please contact us at least 10 business days prior to the desired date of change through this inquiry form.
