Please tell me about the billing cycle and payment deadline for bank transfers.

If you start using the service in the middle of the month, an invoice will be issued at the time of starting to use, and you will need to make the payment by the end of the following month. For the months after, an invoice for the full month will be issued at the beginning of the month of usage, and you will need to make the payment within 30 days.

How can I change the recipient of the invoice?
