You can obtain information about Public Offering/Rights Issue for shareholder allocations and public offerings.

Currently, this data is not available through the API (available via SFTP and Snowflake). You can obtain information about the date of resolution by the Board of Directors, issue price, number of new shares to be issued, payment date, subscription period and allotment ratio.

Attention

• Data is not collected for stocks that are not listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (stocks listed only on regional exchanges).
